What do you need to Be a Foster carer?
The most important requirement for fostering is having a spare bedroom and enough time in your life to care for a child.
Foster carers need to be available for everyday responsibilities such as the school run, school holidays, meetings with social workers and helping children settle into a routine. This means having a good level of availability and flexibility in your schedule.
